My third Tilly Tennant book, and this is a 2 book series, so I am looking forward to see how the story unfolds between the books.
This is a June Book Club chosen novel

This book follows on from Rome is Where the Heart is, another Tilly Tennant book to add to my collection.
This is a June Book Club chosen novel

This is my first Freida McFadden book, recommended to me by my sister-in-law, I hope I enjoy it as much as she did!

I really struggled with this book, in fact I could only read the first three chapters!
I don't know what stopped me enjoying this book, the story description was something I would normally go for. The writing style wasn't horrific, I just couldn't get into the story which is disappointing.
I might try again later in the year to see if I can get into it, could be something as simple as wrong time of year and I just want something that's light and easy to read?

My second Sue Moorcroft book, and I really enjoyed it!
The storyline is one that is relatable to real life. Ursula Quinn is recovering from a difficult divorce, and after her place of work closes permanently in Brighton, she spends some time with her family in Ireland before embarking on a creative adventure in Italy.
It was lovely to see her heal, start to trust again and regain her confidence in herself and finally see what everyone else can see.
My take from the book is you need to allow yourself time to heal, learn to trust again, and to try and surround yourself with people that will support you and push you forward!

My second Tilly Tennant book, and I thoroughly enjoyed it and struggled to put it down.
I actually related to Emma in many ways. I currently feel stuck and can't see a way out at the moment, I just wish I had the confidence to take the leap of faith Emma took.
This book is mainly based in Dorset, a county I have lived in nd loved being there so I felt a real connection to not just the characters, but the area as well.
The book flowed really well, was well written and each character felt real. What I mean by that is you could easily have anyone of them in your real life family or friend group!
I can't wait to pick up another Tilly Tennant book.

Another great book from Sarah Morgan! I couldn't put this book down! I was completely gripped by the story and was desperate to know what was going to happen next!
I loved the relationship between Grace and Amy, and how unknowingly they had mirrored childhoods.
My chosen books at the moment really aren't helping my wunderlust (first Italy and now Paris), I have real FOMO, but that is a sign of a great book!
I thoroughly enjoyed this book and am looking forward to my next read.

This is the first Sue Moorcroft book I have read, and I thoroughly enjoyed it, so much so I finished it in TWO DAYS!! I ahve struggled to pick up a book in the last couple of months and this one was just completely engaging, easy to read and flowed really well, making you want more!
The characters were completely believable, and Amy's "tantrums" were well written and possibly experienced as they were written from a parents perspective! As a parent of a 16 year old myself they felt believable!
I'll be honest I have a bit of wunderlust after reading this book and have an urge to book a trip to Italy so I can experience the culture for myself!
I would heartidly recommend this book, such a great read!

Another great read from Sarah Morgan. As always great story telling. I don't want to give any of the story away, but it showed realistic family dynamics true to life, not your usual fictional happily ever after! The only negative I have, and it's more of a me issue than the book - I read this book at the wrong tome for me personally, and it highlighted some fo the same issues I was going through at the time, making the pages a little hearder to read.

I struggled with this book, hence the lower rating than normal. The story had great potential, but I struggled with the constant back and forth between the years.

I LOVED this book!!
I was gripped from the very first page to the very last page! There were so many twists and turns, very much like The Last Thing He Told Me.
I can't recommend these two books enough!

This is the first book of Tilly Tennant's I have read, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
It is a light, easy read with funny bits along the way, and really helped me get rid of some of my winter blues as it is based in the South of France in the summer. Again another book I would recommend.

Another Great by Harlan Coben!
I have been lucky this month and really enjoyed most of the books I have read!
Tell No One had many twists and turns within the pages, with an unexpected one at the end of the book! Another book that I would highly recommend!

I found this gorgeous book whilst on a Christmas shopping trip to Leeds last December, and had to add it to my growing collection of cookery books. Whilst I am not a lover of pasta, my husband and son are, and I have always wanted to learn how to make it. This book will give me the knowledge to achieve that!

This is the second Flynn Berry book I have read, and it actually follows on from Northern Spy which I read a couple of years ago. This book didn't disappoint! I mentioned that I bought this book through Apple Books and was trialing to see if I preferred digital over paper - it was more convenient having a digital book because I could take it everywhere with me (phone or iPad), however I'm not convinced I'll stay with Apple Books.

The second Sarah Morgan book I have read, and I loved it! Great writing and even better story telling! An easy read foe what seems like a never ending cold, gloomy winter! I mentioned that I had bought this book through Kindle, an app that I had never used before, however I am now a convert, to the point where I went out and bought a Kindle device! It is so light, easy to use and the print is so clear! Whilst I still love the feel of a real book in my hand, this has made reading far more portable for me!

I rediscovered again Lindsey Kelk just before Christmas. I was struggling with lack of Christmas spirit and thought maybe a Christmassy novel might help! It didn't, but the book was a great read!

I only discovered Harlan Coben books last year, and since then have become a true fan! I love a good thriller with lots of twists and turns, and Harlan Coben has the skill to do this in so many different ways with each book!

This is the first book of Sarah Morgan's that I have read, and I will be completely honest, I loved it! Her writing style was easy to read, and this book was just lovely! I will definitely be reading more of her books!
